So season 2007/08. Last season’s disappointing 4th placed finish meant no Champions League.

It really feels like we’ve established ourselves as a top three side in the SPL now, and only a matter of time before we can realistically compete all the way...

I put the disappointing second season down to the new players bedding in.

Having worked hard to clear the debt and put myself in a position to recruit players, I was looking forward to the second season.

So having restored the club to the black in season one, I was excited about the summer and a period of genuine recruitment.

Towards the end of 2015, after growing frustrated with FM16, I made the decision to get back to CM 01/02. Follow my progress as a hapless (hopeless?) manager here.
